Keith Lehmeier

Keith is a seasoned electric vehicle engineering leader with extensive experience in new product innovation, engineering management, controls systems, and technical business development. He has served a wide variety of roles in the aerospace, industrial, automotive, and energy storage sectors. Keith holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Colorado State University and spent four years at Woodward developing and testing their aerospace products before leading engineering departments for Lightning eMotors.

Will Briggs

Will's engineering background has spanned disciplines, functions, and industries—from aerospace systems and hybrid powertrain testing to modelling and EV controls development. His expertise and leadership has demonstrated viability during proof of concept and formally launched novel electrification integrations. After receiving a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering at Wichita State University, Will worked with flight controls and propulsion systems at Bombardier Aerospace Learjet. He went on to lead R&D projects and manage programs for Lightning eMotors on several platforms and architectures.
